TERMS OF SERVICE
Is scheduled for photobooth services. A photo booth attendant will be present for the scheduled time duration. All photographs will be shot in digital format and will be printed on the spot on 4×6 or 2×6 inches photo paper. Digital photos will be delivered through digital upload to Google Drive 3-5 days after the session.
The fee for 3 hours of photo booth service packages start at $350.00 and up. This includes unlimited shooting and photo printing of your event. The total fee of package service selected minus $50.00 booking deposit is to be paid in cash/credit card at the event.
Canon Rebel t3i camera, flash softbox with remote triggers, live screen tab with automated one touch software, DNP professional photo printer and a large selection of props will be used for the photo booth. A table (4×6 or 4×8 feet) would be required for the booth setup. The photo booth setup will need minimum of 8x10ft space. Please make sure there is a power source within 30 meters of the photo booth outlet.
Upon your acceptance and $50.00 deposit The Photo Booth Guy will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations of photo booth for that time and date. Client(s) acknowledge that all work created under this agreement is the intellectual property of the both photographer and client(s). Client(s) will have unlimited personal use of the photographs. Client(s) give permission for the photographer to use the work for publication, display, advertising promotion and other uses. While the photo booth attendant takes the utmost care with respect to exposure and delivery of photographs, in the event that the images are stolen or destroyed, for reasons within or beyond the control of The Photo Booth Guy, liability is limited to a refund of deposit . The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated herein. The Photo Booth Guy will not be held responsible for any ruined photographs due to guests’ (or any other); or any other ruined photographs due to any other cause in or outside of The Photo Booth Guy control. In the event that The Photo Booth Guy is unable to provide photo booth for the event due to: illness, emergency, accident, or Act of God, every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement with the same cost. No other damages or guarantees of any kind are recognized or warranted.
